[DV4mini] error oxc000007b

I installed one second dv4mini in myself the first network uses an RPI and the second window 10 gives me this error always 0xc000007b, I do not think the problem is by using two dongle on the same network, any suggestions


I did a google search on this error code and found some solutions see if any of these help 0xc000007b Error Solution
