Following is another set of software that for me has proven to be more stable. Please install them in the order you see here.
1. Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x86): ► vc_redist.x86.exe ◀
2. For DV4 mini Software visit: ► 2016_01_12_setup.exe ◀
